Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions. When available, the offer will be clearly stated on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Typical delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's progress.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can make it right.
